It would be great if you have:
A theraband (longer band)
A mini loop band
A small Pilates ball (certainly not essential)
Option to use weights going forward.
And as Fran mentions remaining consistent is important. By consistent we’d recommend putting this training into your week 2-3 times depending on how many dance classes you’re attending a week and checking in with how you feel of course!
