For the last twelve years I have toured the world as the principle lead dancer in the Grammy award winning show Riverdance, co-founded the weighted activewear brand KILOGEAR CUT and am a fully qualified personal trainer and 500 hour Yoga instructor. Today, I advocate positive mental health and wellbeing through various speaking engagements, workshops and classes for both youth and mature audiences. Some highlights so far include speaking at The Mental Health and Wellbeing summit in Dublin, Ireland. Delivering my Resilience talk to Littlewoods Ireland, TTM Healthcare and a Wellbeing workshop for the Irish Olympic Boxing team.. I have created the online, From Head to Toe Academy and Yoga with Chloey. The From Head to Toe is specifically for Irish dancers to help integrate positive mental and physical health practices into their training. Throughout my career as a professional dancer I recognised that dancers needed more support when it came to their physical training, injury prevention, nutrition, recovery and mindset. At From Head To Toe myself and a team of incredible highly qualified experts very much take an integrated holistic approach to a dancer's wellbeing.
Yoga with Chloey is a space for you to show up and take time for yourself to connect, heal and grow through the power of yoga, mindfulness meditation and journaling. We live in a world of daily stress and non-stop activity, our health is being challenged like never before and anxiety & depression are at an all time high. After many years of struggling with my own mental health and finally learning to self regulate by integrating evidence-based Yoga Therapy tools I am now in a beautiful place where I can share these tools and help you to thrive and live with more ease and grace!
I am passionate about telling my story and giving back with the hope and goal of helping others. I look at my achievements and, while I am extremely proud of what I’ve done, I also remember how often I struggled throughout my journey. Knowing that constant discipline, determination and passion are required to become successful is one thing, but the reality is it can be extremely difficult to practice if you struggle with your mental health. For years, I kept my often crippling anxiety and depression a secret and in the end became a pretty good actress by playing the role that was expected of me and smiling through it all. Today, I share the highs and lows of my life and career, what helped me in the darker times as well as the tools I now use to continue to work on my mind, body and soul everyday. I’m incredibly happy and grateful to be able to give back and help you on your journey towards becoming your best, most vibrant self. Please click here to read more about my offerings click here.
