MEET YOUR COACHES

Chloey Turner

Yoga, movement & mindset

I am passionate about telling my story with the hope and goal of helping others. I look at my achievements and, while I am extremely proud of what I’ve done, I also remember how often I struggled throughout my journey. Knowing that constant discipline, determination and passion are required to become successful is one thing, but the reality is it can be extremely difficult to practice if you struggle with your mental health. For years, I kept my often crippling anxiety and depression a secret and in the end became a pretty good actress by playing the role that was expected of me and smiling through it all. Today, I share the highs and lows of my life and career, what helped me in the darker times as well as the tools I now use to continue to work on my mind, body and soul everyday. I’m incredibly happy and grateful to be able to give back to the younger generation of dancers and help them on their journey to becoming their best selves.

Peter O' Grady

Physical Therapist

When I began my journey as an Irish Dance S&C Coach and Therapist it wasn't easy! There was nothing available online to help guide me. I had to start from scratch. I had to create my own assessment that would help me diagnose an Irish dancers performance, I had to study Irish Dancing in depth to create effective programming, I had to think outside the box and make new discoveries that would not be heard of in a book to help fix a dancers injury and find out the possible cause... the list goes on... I could speak about my different experimentations for days...

Now! I have gained so much knowledge and experience that I will be the first to offer a new internationally approved course that qualifies people to become trainers specifically for Irish dancing! (Launch in early 2021) You can see more information about this on my website www.irishdancingphysicalfitness.ie in the near future. Being able to share this knowledge with you on this Head to Toe online program will be the highlight of my career so far! Without doubt, I know that you will see huge improvements. You just need to trust yourself, me and the plan that I put in place for you and stick to it!

And remember, these plans are not just designed to help you improve your Irish dancing performance, they will also help you in life and in other sports in the long term too!
