Vishuddhi & Ajna Mandala Flow

This mandala flow will be drawing strength from your Ajna (Third Eye) which is the centre for perception, consciousness and intuition.  As well as Vishuddhi chakra. Expect some opening into the throat as well as some balance work today.

Through this practice you will also be activating the vagus nerve – the main nerve of your parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for the regulation of internal organ functions such as digestion, heart rate, respiratory rate and the immune system.

Svadhisthana Mandala flow

A 45 minute fluid water-inspired mandala with a focus on opening deep into the hips and tapping into the Sacral Chakra – the centre of our emotions, feelings and expression.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

A 45-minute dynamic and energising vinyasa flow. Lean into playfulness, compassion and challenge your inner strength while we flow. This sequence is a mixture of balances, strength, hip & heart openers. Enjoy!

Slow Motion

Through slowing down the body and breath, we can start to cultivate a sense of slowness in the mind. Anchor your body into the present moment and as you breath, allow yourself the opportunity to move deeper into the space.

Journey to splits. Day 4.

Today we look to find fluidity within the movement and breath, cultivating a dance-like sensation between the two as we flow through a lower body sequence, opening up into the hip space. We’ll finish this practice with some PNF (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) stretching to really activate the split and see how we’re progressing.

Consciously connected vinyasa flow

A beautiful practice for you to fully and consciously connect to your breath and body. We will work with breath, meditation, sun salutations, repetition, strength and confidence, as we move from a space of love for the self. Stay connected to the breath throughout x

Dare to Dance month. Graceful Dancer Flow

In this 45 minute flow we’ll be focusing on fluidity, intuition and finding what feels good. I’ll be teaching you a sequence that we’ll repeat a couple of times so that you have the opportunity to explore it in YOUR way. Feel free to take modifications and variations whenever you feel to, you might even change a posture for something else!
