Pre performance routines

In this interactive session, Dr. Mitch will guide dancers through the essentials of building a pre-performance routine—covering mindset strategies, mental rehearsal, self-talk, and simple tools to manage nerves. Dancers will leave with practical techniques they can use before every competition or performance to feel prepared, grounded, and ready to perform at their best.
