Journey to splits introduction x

Welcome to your journey to splits. Throughout this 14-day journey we’ll visit different types of movements and ways of stretching. This is by no means a “quick fix” to splits, but instead it’s an in-depth start to your progress towards splits. If you would like to, take progress photos, but also journal your thoughts and feelings throughout. Remember, the success comes from being aware, from showing up and from being present. Anything else is just a bonus.

Consciously connected vinyasa flow

A beautiful practice for you to fully and consciously connect to your breath and body. We will work with breath, meditation, sun salutations, repetition, strength and confidence, as we move from a space of love for the self. Stay connected to the breath throughout x

Bonus class – Hip Mobility x

Please enjoy this bonus class where we work into the hips space.. This class was recorded during a live with dancers, hence the occasional dance reference. Take deep breaths into the hips and allow them to release with every exhale x

Journey to Dancer flow x

In this 35-minute vinyasa flow, we move towards our peak posture natarajasana, bringing heat into the body as we move. Lean in to your inner dancer, find a sense of calm within all of the wobbles and, as always, have fun!

Dare to Dance month. Graceful Dancer Flow

In this 45 minute flow we’ll be focusing on fluidity, intuition and finding what feels good. I’ll be teaching you a sequence that we’ll repeat a couple of times so that you have the opportunity to explore it in YOUR way. Feel free to take modifications and variations whenever you feel to, you might even change a posture for something else!

Today we are stepping into our goddess energy. This is a strong, grounding and fluid energy, but with a beautiful softness and compassion to it, think dancer! Please enjoy it x

7 Day Mindful Movement. Day 7. Moving with Gratitude.

A great way to finish our week of mindful morning movement is to move with gratitude. Celebrate everything that yoga means to you, celebrate yourself for continuously showing up on your mat and celebrate what an honour it is to have yoga in our lives.
