I hope you’ll enjoy this core class, where the focus is not just on the physical strength of the core but connecting to our inner strength/emotional strength too. Have a think about how your physical strength can connect to your inner sense of courage and vulnerability.

Journey to splits. Day 14.
CONGRATS. You did it! Thank you for joining me. I do hope you enjoyed it. Grab your journals and reflect on this 14 days. Please remember the initial video where I mentioned that this was not a quick fix to splits.. If you managed to get there.. Fantastic! For some it may take another 14 days, and thats ok! Keep going, stay consistent and be kind to yourself along the way! x
Journey to splits. Day 5.
In this 30-minute flow, we’ll work between active and passive movements, exploring the depth and range of motion in each. Active shapes might not feel as deep as when you’re passive, but there is a lot to be learnt here and having awareness of both is important for safely delving deeper into our splits.
*Passive stretching – aka relaxed stretching. Where you assume a position and hold it with another part of your body.
*Active – Holding a stretch with no assistance. Using the strength of your muscles.
Journey to Dancer flow x
In this 35-minute vinyasa flow, we move towards our peak posture natarajasana, bringing heat into the body as we move. Lean in to your inner dancer, find a sense of calm within all of the wobbles and, as always, have fun!
Super sun sals vinyasa flow
I absolutely love today’s yoga flow, so I hope you do to! Taking something as simple as a sun salutation and jazzing it up a bit to find some strength and power is one of my favourite ways to practice. As always, take pauses in child’s pose when you need to and stay connected to the breath.
