Point flexibility & strength

This class is designed to help Irish dancers work on both the flexibility and strength needed for a stronger, more active point.

We’ll move through focused exercises for the feet, ankles, and lower legs to improve range of motion, build control, and support better foot positions in the air and on the floor.

Perfect for dancers who want to develop a more pointed, powerful, and supported foot without just forcing the position.

15 minute ankle mobility routine

This 15-minute ankle mobility class is designed to help Irish dancers improve ankle range of motion, lower leg control, and foot/ankle awareness.

We’ll move through simple, focused exercises to gently open up the ankle joint, improve calf and soleus mobility, and support better positions for dancing, jumping, landing, and pointing.

Perfect as a pre-practice mobility reset, a lower-leg maintenance session, or an add-on to your weekly training.

Active Recovery Mobility Flow

As dancers, we spend so much time striving, correcting, and working toward a specific goal. Sometimes, it’s just as important to move, breathe, and check in with how your body feels.

This gentle active recovery flow is designed to help you reset, release tension, and notice if anything feels particularly tight, tired, or restricted.

Use it on a lighter day, after class, or anytime your body needs a little care rather than another hard push.

Crossing Part 2 with Chloey

Working on Crossover? This is session 2 of Chloey’s crossover series. Any questions on crossing, feel free to give us a shout. Pop these exercises into your current routine 3-4 times a week.
