Hip Power Series with Fran. Class one x
Class one of a hip power series with Fran.. As irish dancers we need super strong hips to execute ALL of our movements, from pulling up off of our heels to front clicks, to speed and sharpness across the stage. By improving the strength in our hips we also help to prevent injuries in the lower body!

You’ll need great single leg balance today (hehe) also a small towel.
Desk relief
A short effective class to reset a body that has been sat down for a long period. So whether you’ve been at school, work, travelling for a long period, take a small amount of time and pop this in at the end of your day. Or throughout the day if possible.
Cool down for home or class
Take between 10-15 mins to calm that mind body at the end of practice and training
