Progressing from day 1 core. Again, I cue a lot – please limit distractions and focus on the task at hand.

Another integral part of our core training. Any questions at all, give us a shout?
Now we look at core alignment on all fours. A great way to learn to be able to hold yourself steady through the mid section whilst moving limbs.
